Review Notes

The Floral Wand appears to be a decent weapon for Aerith when it comes to debuffing wind resistance. It could pair well with her Prism Rod, making her a self-sustaining wind damage dealer with a wind resist debuff. Both weapons have a wind damage boost ability, which makes them synergistic. Additionally, the Floral Wand features a support materia slot that boosts wind damage if you prefer to use it solo. The All-Cure materia slot also makes it possible for flexible builds, as she doesn't have to equip Fairy Tale to perform AoE healing.

In my opinion, the Floral Gown is the highlight of this banner, primarily due to its always-useful buff/debuff extension R Ability. Given Aerith's array of buffing and debuffing weapons, it becomes particularly useful for her, especially if you lack Yuffie to fulfill that buff/debuffer role.

As for whether you should pull on this banner, my answer is no. It's not a must-pull, but if your specific use case aligns with the features of the weapon and gear, then you might consider it. The gear is unique enough to warrant consideration for a 12-stamp goal.
