Introduction
Luka is a Physical-Type character following the Path of Nihility. He can cause enemies to Bleed and deal additional DMG to Bleeding enemies.
Luka's Skill can inflict Bleed on enemies. During combat, he can gain stacks of Fighting Will through various methods. By consuming a certain number of Fighting Will stacks, he can use Enhanced Basic ATKs that can immediately deal additional Bleed DMG equal to a certain percentage of the original DMG to Bleeding enemy targets.
Skills Overview
Basic Attack - Direct Punch & Sky-Shatter Fist
Direct Punch - [Single Target]
Deals Physical DMG equal to 50%-110% of Luka's ATK to a single enemy.
Sky-Shattering Fist - [Single Target]
Consumes 2 stacks of Fighting Will. First, uses Direct Punch to deal 3 hits, with each hit dealing Physical DMG equal to 10%-22% of Luka's ATK to a single enemy target.
Then, uses Rising Uppercut to deal 1 hit, dealing Physical DMG equal to 40%-88% of Luka's ATK to the single enemy target.
Skill - Lacerating Fist
[Single Target]
Deals Physical DMG equal to 60%-132% of Luka's ATK to a single enemy target. In addition, there is a 100% base chance to inflict Bleed on them, lasting for 3 turn(s).
While Bleeding, the enemy will take 24% of their Max HP as Physical DoT at the start of each turn. This DMG will not exceed more than 130%-371.8% of Luka's ATK.
Ultimate - Coup de Grâce
[Single Target]
Receives 2 stack(s) of Fighting Will, with a 100% base chance to increase a single enemy target's DMG received by 12%-21.6% for 3 turn(s). Then, deals Physical DMG equal to 198%-356.4% of Luka's ATK to the target.
Talent - Flying Sparks
[Enhance]
After Luka uses his Basic ATK "Direct Punch" or Skill "Lacerating Fist," he receives 1 stack(s) of Fighting Will, up to 4 stacks. When he has 2 or more stacks of Fighting Will, his Basic ATK "Direct Punch" is enhanced to "Sky-Shatter Fist." After his Enhanced Basic ATK's "Rising Uppercut" hits a Bleeding enemy target, the Bleed status will immediately deal DMG for 1 time equal to 68%-88.4% of the original DMG to the target. At the start of battle, Luka will possess 1 stack of Fighting Will.
Technique - Anticipator
Immediately attacks the enemy. Upon entering battle, Luka deals Physical DMG equal to 50% of his ATK to a random single enemy with a 100% base chance to inflict his Skill's Bleed effect on the target. Then, Luka gains
Ascension 2 - Kinetic Overload
When the Skill is used, immediately dispels 1 buff from the enemy target.
Ascension 4 - Cycle Braking
For every stack of Fighting Will obtained, additionally regenerates 3 Energy.
Ascension 6 - Crush Fighting Will
When using Enhanced Basic ATK, every hit Direct Punch deals has a 50% fixed chance for Luka to use 1 additional hit. This effect does not apply to additional hits generated in this way.

1) In the Name of the World
Effects: Increases the wearer's DMG to debuffed enemies by 24%. When the wearer uses their Skill, the Effect Hit Rate for this attack increases by 18%, and ATK increases by 24%.
Notes: The first effect increases Luka's overall damage (if the enemy has a debuff). And although the second effect only increases his Skill's Effect Hit Rate and ATK, it's still a great 5-Star LC.
2) Incessant Rain
Effects: Increases the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 24%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy that currently has 3 or more debuffs, increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 12%. After the wearer uses their Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, there is a 100% base chance to implant Aether Code on a random target that has been hit by the attack and also does not currently have an Aether Code on it. Targets with Aether Code receive 12% increased DMG for 1 turn.
Notes: Although Luka doesn't really benefit from the Crit Rate bonus, the LC can help Luka stack his Effect Hit Rate so he can focus on other stats for Relics.
3) Good Night and Sleep Well
Effects: For every debuff the target enemy has, the DMG dealt by the wearer increases by 12%, stacking up to 3 time(s). This effect also applies to DoT.
Notes: Best at Superimposition 5 for Main DPS Luka as there is no support ability on this LC.
4) Solitary Healing
Effects: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 20~40%. When the wearer unleashes their Ultimate, increases DoT dealt by the wearer by 24~48% for 2 turns. When the target suffering from the wearer's DoT is defeated, regenerates 4~6 Energy.
5) Eyes of the Prey
Effects: Increases Effect Hit Rate of its wearer by 20% and increases DoT by 24%.
Notes: Another LC that helps Luka with his Effect Hit Rate while also increasing his Bleed damage.

Relic Set (Prisoner in Deep Confinement)
2 Piece: ATK increases by 12%.
4 Piece: For every DoT the target enemy is afflicted with, the wearer will ignore 6% of its DEF when dealing DMG to it. This effect is valid for a max of 3 DoTs.
Planetary Set (Firmament Frontline: Glamoth)
2 Piece: Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD is equal to or higher than 135/160, the wearer deals 12%/18% more DMG.
Relic Set (Thief of Shooting Meteor)
2 Piece: Increases Break Effect by 16%.
4 Piece: Increases the wearer's Break Effect by 16%. When the wearer inflicts Weakness Break on an enemy, regenerates 3 Energy.
Planetary Set (Pan-Cosmic Commercial Enterprise)
2 Piece: Increases the wearer's ATK by 12%. When the wearer's SPD is equal to or higher than 135/160, the wearer deals 12%/18% more DMG.

Team Recommendations
Mono Physical Team
A team where Physical character such as Carla/Sushang/Argenti is the main DPS while Luka can be the Sub-DPS, inflicting Bleed and increasing damage received by an enemy. Silver Wolf is the key member that can't be replaced as she needs to add a Physical Weakness on enemies that don't have it. The weakness of this team is none of the characters can deal any AoE damage, so facing mobs of enemies will be tough.
DoT Team
A lot of DoT damages can be done with the selected 3 Nihility characters. Each 3 of them can apply status effect to enemies, with Luka and Sampo (as Sub-DPS) using their respective Ultimates to increase damage taken by the enemies, and Kafka (as Main DPS) multiplying the damage output from all possible DoT effects.
