This quest is a continuation of Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine quest in Fontaine, featuring the same paranoid author: Guijarro. In this one, we will help her novel creation by accompanying her to collect inspiration (we just walk and talk tbh).
How to Start Qiaoying, the Village of Many Tales Quest in Genshin Impact
Teleport to Qiaoying Village south waypoint and head south towards a small house. You can see Guijarro and her quest icon on the mini-map. The quest is really easy so once you start it, you can just follow the navigation until the end. That doesn't stop me from listing the steps below though.
Once you talk to Guijarro, chase after the fleeing cat. You will then help her collect information about the Xuanwen Beast, although only in the village.
When you lose Guijarro and need to find her, there's a possibility you'll encounter a bug where the quest navigation will lead you to Fontaine to Guijarro's first spot in the Danger Lurks Everywhere in Fontaine quest. If this happens, re-enter the game and you should be good again.
Guijarro is actually just near the tea field. Once the bug is fixed, you can see her in the correct spot now.
Change the in-game time to 6:00 the next day to complete the quest and get an achievement.
