We have noticed an issue where the user received promotion rewards between Champion and Sapphire regardless of their ranking or achievement level with an account of over 2,300 Mirror War victory points.
Currently, we have fixed the issue, and promotion rewards are normally given.
Concerning this, we will check the user's final grade for this season during the maintenance on March 28th.
And, we are going to retrieve promotion rewards that were received abnormally. (A retrieval system will be applied)
■ Retrieval Schedule: During the routine maintenance on March 28th, 2024
■ Retrieval Details: Retrieval of Mirror War promotion rewards which were wrongly given (max. 280 dias)
※ We considered the account with over 2,300 scores as Master level at the problem occurred time.
The promotion rewards will be retrieved that were not achieved between Champion to Grand Master levels by the end of this season.
Please note that we are going to notify you again when the reward will be retrieved.
