Anastasia is a Physical Fire DPS with some of the highest damage ceilings in the game. Her raw DMG makes her one of the best units in Last Night. Unfortunately, however, her smaller AoEs and lack of utility make her a middling unit in other content.
Check out my other Character Guides:
Strengths and Weaknesses
+One of the top DPS units for Last Night. She deals more damage than most other units at an equal costume enhancement.
-Anastasia has no utility.
-Not really good as a DPS for other content, especially since Liatris exists.
Costumes
Anastasia currently has two costumes, Gentle Maid and Fire Graffiti. Both of them give her a significant CDMG buff and deal tons of damage in their respective AoEs.

Gentle Maid is recruitable in the pub's rotating pool.
The Good: Anastasia's costumes are some of the best DPS skills for Last Night due to her high raw DMG. She beats most other units at the same costume enhancement level (exceptions include Promise of Vengeance Lathel and Comeback Idol Ventana).
The Bad: Just like any DPS in Last Night, Anastasia requires dupes to perform well. The threshold for decent damage is arguably at +2, where she gets a significant increase to her multipliers.
The Ugly: Anastasia does not really see play anywhere else, because she has no utility, and Liatris is so much better in the AoE department. You will not find content outside of Last Night where Liatris performs just as well, if not outright better.
Key Upgrades: Design +1, DMG upgrades are nice.

This costume is really just a variant of Gentle Maid, so the same points apply here. But hey, this costume has 5 chains (and deals more damage than Gentle Maid), so she deals tons of damage while also setting up your other nuke units in Last Night.
Key Upgrades: Design +1, DMG upgrades are nice.
Building Anastasia
Since Ana's only use case is Last Night really, her build will assume that's what she's being used for.
M.A.I.D. C
Exclusive Stat — 90 CDMG%
Correct Main Stats — ATK% + ATK or ATK%
Good stat stick on Ana, but since Ana doesn't have many use cases, there's no reason to specifically pull for this.
Her second main stat depends on her gloves—ATK if she's using Silver Arms, and ATK% if she's using Prime Authority.

Optimal Build [Last Night]
+
or
+
Optimal Substat Spread (Assuming BBS Refinements) — 7 ATK% + 8 CDMG substats
Since you don't take damage in Last Night, any body and head piece are fine on her, but keep in mind that MRES gear cannot roll ATK% substats.
If for some reason you insist on using her in other PvE content, then use the above build, but with 15 ATK% substats, then build either full DEF or full MRES depending on the enemies you're facing.
